For those who are afraid they might actually forget that Avengers: Age of Ultron is hitting US theaters this weekend, Sesame Street is here to teach you how to stay focused on your goals. In what has to be the very best parody of the year, the beloved children’s show has put together Aveggies: Age of Bon Bon. The video shows some of your favorite Sesame Street characters recast as your favorite super heroes… sort of.

Instead of Dr. Banner, Cookie Monster takes on the role of Dr. Brownie, Captain America is replaced by Captain Americauliflower, Iron Man is now Onion Man, Black Widow is now Black Bean Widow, the Mighty Thor is now the Mighty Corn and Hawkeye is now Zuchineye.
