One Direction’s Zayn Malik And Louis Tomlinson Twitter Feud
Zayn Malik, who recently left the world’s most famous boyband One Direction, still has a lot to say about his former band mates. Malik, who recently changed his twitter handle and omitted 1D from the title, sided with his new friend Naughy Boy in a fight he wasn’t even included in. It all started when Malik’s ex bandmate Liam Payne posted an Instagram video featuring a boy singing in which he stated: “New fifth member? I think so,” joking about how they’ll hire him to replace Malik in One Direction. A day later Naughty Boy went on Twitter to post a photo of him and Malik with a caption “Replace this” which 1D fans think indirects Payne’s video and is clearly a message that Malik can’t be replaced in One Direction and Naughty Boy and his partnership goes a long way.
A few minutes after Naughty Boy’s tweet, Louis Tomlinson came to the rescue by defending both his band’s and fans’ honor tweeting: “Remember when you were 12 and you used to think those Mac filters for your pictures were cool haha ! Some people still do HA!” What seemed like another round of harmless shading between Tomlinson and Naughty Boy soon took a nasty turn when Malik decided to turn his back on his former friend and bandmate even though he wasn’t mentioned in any of the prior correspondence. “@Louis_Tomlinson remember when you had a life and stopped making b*tchy comments about mine?” wrote Malik on Twitter. The tweet caused a huge uproar amongst One Direction fans who are crossing Zayn out once and for all, not tolerating his betrayal. Malik took Twitter once again later, playing the victim card: “Don’t know why I’m being attacked for defending myself, people got it twisted! I love my fans ?! Every single one of you x“. Overnight Malik lost hundreds of thousands of followers on Twitter, while Tomlinson’s following keeps growing.
