Viral Demon Summoning Craze Has Teens Turning To Social Media

Once upon a time, teens just played with Ouija Boards in order to talk to the dead, but with the internet they’ve now found other ways to summon demons.

Apparently the new fad is for teens to attempt to summon a demon, a Mexican demon according to many reports, named Charlie. What they do is place a couple pens or pencils in the shape of a cross on a sheet of paper that has the words “no” and “yes” written on it (see video). They then ask, “Charlie, Charlie are you here?”

As you’ll see in the video sometimes they move of their own volition to an answer, and sometimes they have some help. Is there really a demon being summoned here? Probably not, but teens need something to do, don’t they?
