He Doesn’t Want To Lose Himself

When a relationship starts suddenly you are both sharing things that once were your individual things. Many guys avoid relationships because they are afraid of losing themselves. They don’t want to give up the things they love or their hobbies, but that sometimes happens in relationships. They also want to keep some things to themselves, but in a relationship you suddenly need to share all of your hobbies and loves with one another. Guys also want to keep their guy time, which is part of being a guy. However, relationships are time consuming and can cut out some of that guy time.

He Has No More Alone Time

While guys are social creatures, just like everyone else they need some time alone. Some guys would rather keep the ability to have their alone time uninterrupted rather than getting into a relationship where they may find their time monopolized by a girlfriend. This issue can sometimes be solved by making separate plans, or having a man cave in which women are not allowed, if he can be convinced to give a relationship a try.

Too Much Gossiping

Women have a tendency to gossip and most guys aren’t into that sort of thing. No guy wants to have a girlfriend that is known as a gossip. Unless a guy can be sure he’s found a woman that isn’t into spreading rumors and talking about people behind their backs, he may prefer to stay single.

He Can’t Deal With Her Attitude

Some women can have a pretty catty attitude, and guys don’t like that. While most guys mot not want a woman that is totally agreeable and doesn’t like a good argument once in a while, he also don’t want a woman that is going to be causing a scene all the time.

She’s Too Emotional

Women can be emotional creatures. They can sometimes instantly go from happy to sad and then to mad, for what may seem to a guy like no reason at all. She always has a reason though. Some guys would just rather not deal with emotions, and especially of those women that cry over a jug of spilled milk.

Her Constant Jealousy

While there aren’t a lot of super jealous women out there, they do exist. They tend to be insecure about themselves and their relationship, which causes them to be jealous of every move their man makes. Most guys just don’t want to deal with this type of woman. They want someone that trusts them.

She’ll Get Comfortable

Getting too comfortable in a relationship can show its ugly head in many ways. Guys want a girl that isn’t going to let herself go. If you worked to get him, don’t stop working at it once you’ve got him. He also doesn’t want to watch you poop, or help you pop your pimples.

She Clings And Nags

Guys don’t want to be nagged. They got enough of that from their mothers growing up. They also don’t want a girl that is continually clinging to them. A confident woman will have her own life as well, and will be happy to have some guy-free time.

Commitment Phobia

Some guys simply hate relationships because they are afraid of them. They like the single life and not being involved in a commitment. These guys may still attempt relationships, but when she gets to close, they run away.

Level Of Maturity

Some guys just don’t like relationships because they know that women are more mature than men, most of the time. While he may still want to play video games, she may be all about cooking, cleaning, and making a life for herself. The level of maturity can cause a guy to prefer to stay single and keep having fun.

Prefer No Strings Attached

Some guys would just prefer to have no strings attached, which means casual sex only and no commitment. For women this is often more difficult to do. Of course, even some guys fall in love when they don’t mean to.
