Anaconda Resorts to Cannibalism, Devoured Another Anaconda

Uncategorized

Apparently, cannibalism is commonplace in the reptile world–particularly among anacondas.

In a new, jaw-dropping video, a group of locals saw a dead anaconda in the bush. Anacondas can grow very long and are known to consume a variety of animals–alligators, crocodiles, dogs, and even kangaroos. Upon seeing the dead reptile, the locals further investigated and saw that it has snacked on it’s own–inside its belly is another anaconda!

We are not sure why the creature has resorted to cannibalism, but food source must be more sparse in the area. Anacondas can grow up to 30 feet in length and can weigh over 600 pounds. The creatures can be mostly found in the Amazon rainforests of South America.
