Blake Griffin Dunks From The Moon In New Jordan Sneakers

The Space Jam cartoon has become pretty popular once again, due to the speculation that Lebron James may star in a new version of the movie. However, it appears that the Nike Jordan sneaker franchise brand has decided to cash in on the movie’s popularity. The updated version of the famous Jordan tennis shoes has a new commercial that was inspired by Michael Jordan’s Space Jam movie.

NBA player Blake Griffin stars in the commercial and is challenged to a dunk contest by Space Jam’s cartoon character Marvin the Martian. Griffin is clearly being upstaged by Marvin the Martian, until a truck pulls up with a new pair of Jordan sneakers. Then, Griffin surprises everyone by dunking off the moon and winning against Marvin the Martian, even though he cheated throughout the dunk contest.
