Kim Il-sung & Kim Jong-il, two totally despised dictators, are not known for being subtle individuals. However, they have a 72-foot tall statue of the former leaders in Pyongyang.
Amy Winehouse
Amy Winehouse passed away due to alcohol poisoning in 2011, but she lives on in statue form. The statue was constructed in Camden Town, which is close to where she died.
