Iowa Man Reports Stolen Bag of Dog Poop To Police
There’s no doubt that being robbed isn’t a fun experience for the victim, but an Iowa man whose truck was robbed will at least have the satisfaction of knowing the thief got what’s coming to him. On Thursday, April 9th, a man called Des Moines police saying his truck had been broken into around 3 AM of that morning. And what did the thief make off with? A bag of dog poop.
The burglar broke into the truck with the intention of stealing it, but when he realized he couldn’t steal the truck, he decided to rob it of its contents instead. He quickly grabbed what he saw in the bed of the truck — a plastic bag filled with dog poop. Although all the robber made off with was the bag of dog poop, the Iowa man still reported the incident to police. If caught, the thief could face third-degree robbery charges.
The dog feces were deemed to have a $1 dollar value.
