Anchorman Accidentally Says F-Bomb On Live Television

Anchorman Ray Cortopassi on Indianapolis news channel Fox 59 had a little trouble with some alliteration the other day. After his female co-host finished talking about her piece, Cortopassi tried to transition to the topic of food trucks. He had meant to say, “And we’ve been food truck fanatics all week long”, but his tongue got a little tied up with all the f-sounds, so he accidentally said “f**k” instead of the intended “truck”.

It’s a reasonable mistake, and most YouTubers seem to agree. “Poor guy. How can anyone be mad at him like that over a simple stammer?” wrote one viewer. “Women anchor was brutal, why keeping bringing it up and making it a bigger deal?” said another.

The anchorman does his best to play it off, while the co-host doesn’t seem to help matters. When the camera shifts to the weatherman, we see him fanning himself with some papers as if the temperature in the room had shot up some degrees.
