Coca-Cola And Propane Make An Intense Bottle Rocket

You are never too old to create a homemade bottle rocket and light it off in the back yard. Even grown men and women enjoy seeing something fly high into the sky and explode. Now, combining Coca-Cola – everyone’s favorite soft drink – with propane, things get even more combustible.

Ukrainian DIY group Kreosan have demonstrated how to take a 20-ounce bottle of Coca-Cola and mix it with lighter fluid to create an intense bottle rocket. After filling the bottle with propane gas and quickly flipping it over, the gas will react with the soda and force the bottle straight up into the air.

This demonstration has caused the video to go viral with close to two million views.
