Courageous Man Saves Black Bear From Drowning
Most people wouldn’t even dream of jumping into a body of water with a massive wild bear, but Adam Warwick from Florida did just that, when he saw a black bear in trouble.
Reportedly, the black bear had strayed from the forest where most wild animals reside, and was scaring civilians by wandering through urban areas. Authorities decided to take care of the issue and sedated the bear with a dart, planning on then taking him back to the woods to let him roam free once again. However, the bear became somewhat disoriented or frightened and began to run into the sea.
Warwick watched the whole scenario unfold, and when he realized that no one was planning on doing anything to help the drowning bear, he bravely swam to the animal’s aid. He eventually got some help from a small boat, and managed to drag the massive 180kg bear 23 metres to shore. The bear was then brought safely back to the woods, and Warwick rode with it the entire way.
