Manatees are gentle giants of the water, but this girl’s reaction is priceless. She takes dramatic to a whole new level when she sees this Manatee come by her. She’s swimming in the waters of Florida and in the video, you’ll see the girl absolutely lose her mind over the sight of the manatee. Each time it gets close, she lets out a blood-curdling scream as if it were a shark approaching.

Manatees are harmless to humans and can only swim up to 5 mph. They graze on underwater grass, algae and weeds, so it’s impossible that the endangered creature was seeking out anyone for a meal.
