Incredible Egg Ad Comes With A Side Of Kevin Bacon

It’s time for breakfast, and what better than eggs with a side of bacon? Kevin Bacon, that is. In a new web video from Incredible Egg, Kevin Bacon suddenly appears in a woman’s kitchen after she makes some eggs for breakfast. Bacon says he’s always been a big fan of eggs and that, “with a name like Bacon, I’m the obvious choice.”

The video is a slice of light hearted fun of bacon puns, Kevin Bacon references, and an awkward encounter with the woman’s husband. While videos like this run the risk of being campy, this one is actually enjoyable to watch.

For those not familiar with Kevin Bacon, he’s starred in such films as Footloose, JFK, A Few Good Men, and Apollo 13. He currently stars in the Fox television series The Following. He’s also an icon for interconnectedness, thanks to the game “Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon.”
