KFC Denies The Authenticity Of The Kentucky Fried Rat
Devorise Dixon has taken the Internet by storm after his claims that he was served a deep fried rat starting making the rounds. Dixon posted a picture of what he said was the rat, complete with a deep fried tail. Dixon even claimed he went to the restaurant where he got the rat and the manager admitted it wasn’t chicken.
The Huffington Post reports KFC is refuting the claims and has said the meat in question is indeed chicken. “A customer has made a serious claim against KFC and refuses to cooperate in the investigation,” KFC said in a statement sent to The Huffington Post. “Based on this, and the fact that he refuses to allow anyone to see the product, we are left to believe that he intended to deceive the public with this hoax and we are considering all options.”
The restaurant is also claiming the odd shape of the chicken is just something that happens.
