Rain, rain go away — so says the famous children’s nursery rhyme. Rain can be a nuisance to most adults and kids, but for this adorable toddler, it’s the best thing on Earth. It’s amazingly cute to see everything in a baby’s eyes, when everything is new, fresh and thrilling. Little Harper has already seen rain from the comfort of their home indoors, but she’s never actually experienced it, until her father took her outside to get a bit of action.
