Underage Girl Gets Caught Drinking, You’ll Never Believe How She Gets Out Of It

Texas A&M annually hosts “Chilifest”, a chili cook-off and country music festival. Notable performers this year included Sam Riggs, the Marshall Tucker band, and Reckless Kelly. Unsurprisingly the event coincided with heavy drinking and recreational drug usage. A total of 61 people were arrested this year for charges such as DWI or possession of a controlled substance, up from 58 last year.

The risk did not deter underage drinkers, and one girl nearly had her fun ruined when she was caught by Campus Station police. They offered her a deal, if she beat them in rock-paper-scissors she walked away without a ticket.
