Woman Arrested For Having Sex With Unconscious Boyfriend In Parking Lot
It’s not unusual for loving couples to show their passion for each other by having sex in strange places, though most people tend to do it somewhere secluded or out of the public eye. That wasn’t the case for 36-year-old Kimberly Jackson, who was caught having sex with her boyfriend in broad daylight at a Virginia parking lot.
The woman was found by officers straddling her boyfriend, Earl Palmer, outside a day-care center and a US Army recruiting office after they had been out drinking. Palmer had apparently passed out from the alcohol but that didn’t stop his girlfriend from carrying on.
She attempted to explain her actions, blaming alcohol, saying that she normally wouldn’t do anything like this. “The alcohol made me think I wouldn’t [get caught]. I’m not into erotic public sex or anything like that,” Jackson said to local news. “I was in the mood, and that’s basically what happened.“
Police have since charged her with public intoxication but she has avoided more serious charges after Palmer confirmed the event was entirely consensual. “I’m here trying to clear her name and let them know I consented to that, I just didn’t finish the job as you could say,” Palmer said. “Everyone wants to do something spontaneous.”
